Return & Refund Policy – Matrix Photo Booth

At Matrix Photo Booth, we strive to provide premium, high-quality entertainment and an unforgettable experience for every event. Due to the nature of our services, all bookings are non-refundable, but we offer clear options in case of cancellation, rescheduling, or service issues.

1. Booking Deposits

A 10% deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit is non-refundable, as it guarantees your reservation and prevents other bookings on that date.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellation by Client:
  • If you cancel your event, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel more than 2 weeks before the event, remaining payments may be refunded at our discretion, depending on costs incurred.
• Rescheduling:
  • We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is allowed subject to availability.
  • Deposits and payments can be applied toward the new date if requested at least 2 weeks before the original event.

3. Event Interruption or Force Majeure

In the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will:

• Work with you to reschedule your event
• Offer partial or full refunds only in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Matrix Photo Booth

4. Refunds for Service Issues

We take pride in delivering premium experiences. If you are dissatisfied due to a failure of our equipment or services, please notify us immediately during the event. We will:

• Attempt to resolve the issue on-site
• Offer a partial or full refund only if the issue was due to negligence or failure on our part.
• Guest misuse of our equipment leading to damage or failure during the event, making it impossible to provide the service. Payment will not be refunded.

5. Media Products

Photos, prints, and videos captured during your event are digital products and cannot be returned. Any issues with quality will be addressed promptly, and we will provide replacements if necessary.
